		<description>Thanks for all that informative information. However I, being the weird person that I am, feel that in my case I function better at my job without too heavy a breakfast. A cup of Milo/Nescafe and possibly a kuih and I&#039;m satisfied.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Same goes for the afternoon nap. I just can&#039;t seem to doze off in 15 minutes time frame. I actually need 15 minutes to get to the dozing off part and another 15 minutes for the actual dozing! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Yeah I know... weird huh!</description>

		<description>Dei... u sudah salah la... &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day. I&#039;d recommend that you start of the day with a heavy but healthy breakfast (meaning not daily nasi lemak or chicken curry kind of heavy) and then make do with a light green/fruity/nutty lunch. You don&#039;t just earn good points for your health with daily real breakfast, you can also reduce the post-prandial effect of a heavy lunch i.e. having to fill up the growling stomach which has been fasting since last night&#039;s dinner. That is the kind of ritual that you want to get into. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Another thing, a short nap of not more than 15 minutes in the afternoon can actually jive you up effectively :)</description>
